Refund and Returns Policy

At Ichiban Skin Solution, we are committed to providing you with 100% authentic Japanese products in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and efficient.

1. Valid Reasons for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

2. Return Conditions (Crucial)

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Report Time: You must inform our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

• Proof Required: You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos showing the defect or the wrong product.

• Original State: The product must be unopened, unused, and the original seal must be intact. * Packaging: The original invoice and all original packaging (including the brand box and Ichiban shipping box) must be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or swatched.

• Products where the factory seal is broken.

• Change of mind (e.g., if you no longer want the product or do not like the scent/texture).

• Issues related to “Skin Suitability” (we recommend researching ingredients before purchase).

4. How to Start a Return

2. Review: Our management team will review your proof (photo/video).

3. Pickup/Send: * Inside Dhaka: We will arrange a pickup from your address at no extra cost if the claim is valid.

   • Outside Dhaka: Please send the product via a reliable courier (like Sundarban). If your claim is valid, we will reimburse your shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
